Hi, my name is Renie and I am an addict.
I vowed to myself that I would quit in 2010. I said "This is part of the new Renie. I'm not going to pollute my body any further with this toxic substance". That was my mantra.
But as we all know, the wagon isn't big enough for everybody and somebody has to fall off of it. Well, that person was me. But I'm dedicated to quitting. I CAN DO IT. YES I CAN! So this is where I begin, at the beginning.

but on a brighter note, I'm going out for drinks tomorrow night and Monday night!! I'm siked!

Jim Carey....
I like Jim Carey just as much as the next guy but does it seem like all of his movies are pretty much the same? (except for Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind)
Yes Man, while funny seems like just another Jim Carey movie.....
On a completely unrelated note: I've started reading the following books (and will provide a review soon): Jephte's Daughter (can't remember author's name), Snow Flower and the Secret Fan (Lisa See) and Alice in Wonderland (lol).

I had originally planned for this to be strictly a blog about the books I'm reading/listening to, but I think I'll just make it a blog about anything and everything.
